Itinerary: 

9:00 a.m. Get picked up from your resort in Khao Lak by air-con van and English-speaking guide, and head to Phang-nga District. Arrive at Songprak Mountain, meet the crews, and get an orientation about whitewater rafting. Board a raft with the professional paddle crews, along the exciting rapid water canal for approx 5.5 km. Get a flying fox zipline (1 base) to end the morning part. Get picked up at the restaurant for delicious Thai lunch.
